We Will Definitely Use Tom Again

“I had the pleasure of knowing Tom in college as we hung around the same circles and our paths would cross quite often. Fast-forward 13 years and I began seeing his promotional advertising come across my Facebook newsfeed for several months. I decided to reach out to him to inquire about how his service worked knowing my time was coming to purchase a new car for my now growing family. Being a research and Consumer Reports junkie I knew what we wanted, a 2016 Toyota Highlander. I hadn’t purchased a new car in 10+ years so I wasn’t sure what car salesman gimmicks have changed over the years. Being in sales myself I felt like I might be able to handle the price negotiation, but I wasn’t feeling confident in my car knowledge and for me, the biggest challenge was finding the time. We just had our first child, were closing on a new house and moving from the city to the suburbs, we were constantly packing and on the run furniture shopping for the new digs, and all the while trying to rent our condo and keep it clean for the realtor.

Tom told me the day we first spoke that the car will be the last thing I needed to worry about, he would have that taken care of and ready for pickup on the day that I choose. He was right! Tom instilled confidence in us that he had the most knowledge, ability and experience in negotiating the Toyota Highlander. He told me he had bought 7 Highlanders over the last year for clients and although he suggested contacting multiple Toyota dealerships he knew exactly where to go to get the best price.

In the end, he located the exact car, model, color and trim we wanted out in PA and had it shipped to NJ,

saved me $2,300 off MSRP (which was no small feat seeing as this SUV is one of the hottest selling in the country) and the best part was the paperwork was already filled out at the dealership for us to just walk in, shake hands, sign and we were in and out in 2 hours (including the hour orientation we needed to learn the features of the car). I imagine not many people walk into a car dealership at 8am on a Saturday and are driving off in their new car by 10am, headache free. For me, using this service was a no-brainer. I know very little about cars and how to negotiate for them. For a small fee, Tom was able to get the best deal possible, in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this service for anyone who either feels a bit uneducated about cars, and/or doesn't have the time or patience to go through the back and forth of a car purchase.
