I called Tom after seeing a few reviews online. I was in a very difficult situation after the broker and a friend I had been working with for over 2 months just stopped replying to me or taking my calls. I had to get my daughter a car quickly and I called Tom who was a complete stranger and told him my story. He was so kind, patient and understanding that I immediately felt a connection with him. In less than 2 hours, Tom found me the car I wanted, in the color I wanted with upgrades I hadn’t even considered! He negotiated the best price on my behalf and walked me through the entire process assisting me with everything from A to Z! This all happened on a Tuesday and by the next day on Wednesday at 1pm, I had the brand new 2023 leased car in my possession and ready for my daughters birthday surprise.
I put my trust in a complete stranger and he didn’t try to scam me or sell me something I didn’t want or need! As a matter of fact he undersold and overdelivered! I couldn’t be happier with the entire process and have been sharing Toms information with everyone I know! I am forever grateful for meeting and working with Tom and will definitely be using him going forward for all of my car transactions!
