“During a shortage of car inventory due to COVID Tom was STILL able to find the EXACT car we needed and at the price we wanted to pay. Amazingly the car was just arriving at the port and not even on the dealer's inventory list yet - something we would not found on our own. Just as important, Tom found it at a dealer that he knew was highly reputable (straight-forward, responsive, ZERO BS) which made the purchase super easy with no drama.
