Loved It


"Our family had decided to get a camping trailer in early 2014, but we realized we would need a V8 SUV in order to be able to pull the trailer we wanted to buy. I had narrowed our selection down to a few different types of used SUVs. I was hesitant about making a final decision, partly due to the fact that I knew I was going to hate the actual negotiation process. Then I started talking to Tom Paolella. Tom was very knowledgeable about the car buying process. I told him my primary choice, a Toyota Sequoia, and gave him a few stipulations: 2004 or newer, 4WD, no accidents. Tom called me every few days with a few options. I test drove a few but didn’t love them. Tom and I talked during each of the test drives and I let him know my thoughts. Tom even saved me from making a 2 hour drive to see one car by hounding the dealer for more photographs of the interior. The car ended up having a huge hole in a seat which the dealer had originally advertised as a small tear. Both my wife and I were very happy that Tom had followed up with the dealer, because it was a show stopper.

Then, Tom found me a Sequoia in North Jersey. I test drove it and loved it. I let Tom know and he worked out a great price along with a report from a third party mechanic to ensure that nothing was wrong with the car. We ended up buying it and taking it camping multiple times in 2014! Now, about 9 months later, I am happy to report that the family loves this SUV more than ever. Tom made the process easy for people who hate haggling with dealers. I will be referring Tom Paolella to my friends and family who need new or used cars."- Chris Cole, Toms River NJ
