"I got in touch with Tom through a mutual friend that knew I was looking for a new ride. I will say that as a businessman that thoroughly enjoys negotiating, I was a bit skeptical at first, but with 3 younger kids and a very specific idea of what I wanted, time was against me. Thus, I reached out to Tom and I can say with absolute confidence that both Tom and his service are AWESOME!! In speaking with Tom a couple of times to give him an idea of what year, make/model I was looking for, with approximate miles and price, he then advised he would get back to me in a few weeks with what he found during his research.
Tom whittled down the inventory of used cars by eliminating accidents, multiple owners, shady dealers, etc. and came back with 4 respectable options initially. He also mentioned that if I didn’t care for any of the 4, he would continue his search based on my criteria, which I respected professionally. Well, through our conversations, he knew I REALLY liked nice shoes, so 1 of the initial 4 options Tom wasn’t sure if I would like, but told me that “the rims are sick”, and turns out he was right.
Tom was even able to liaison directly with the dealership to coordinate a test drive, as I was flying back into Baltimore with my family before driving back to Philadelphia. With Tom leading the relationship of the deal, it was pressure free, as the sales folks persevered to close the deal, I just kept telling them “Talk to Tom, Tom will handle that”. And Tom did just that by negotiating EVERTHING (including my potential trade-in that he got me top dollar for, but I wound up selling privately). As such, all I had to do was sign some paperwork, pay and I was out of the dealership in under an hour (unheard of) !! Even my salesperson at the dealer commented to me how impressed she was with how responsive and professional Tom was, and how fantastic it was doing business with him !!
