“I HATE car shopping. But with 4 kids I outgrew my current SUV. Faced with buying a new SUV, I promptly called Tom. Not only did I get the SUV I wanted at a great price, I also got top value for my trade in - even with a bad CarFax report I wasn’t aware of when I purchased it. In addition, at the last minute the dealership wanted me to pay $400 for a remote start that they “didn't know" the car came with.
