"Fun story: the first time I worked with Tom, I thought I would be getting a Honda Civic, being a Honda driver all my life. As we were wrapping up our first call, I mentioned to Tom that I had a life-long dream of driving a convertible, and curiously asked Tom how far out of my reach that would be. Tom was incredibly
professional and educated me about the options. Next thing I knew, I was test driving a Mini Cooper and a Fiat that same day. I took to the Mini, and Tom stepped in to negotiate a price. The price Tom came back with was a NO-BRAINER. I finally got my dream car, and at a price that nobody else in Miami can boast about (as confirmed by the salesman who has since become a friend). Disclaimer: No, I am not paying the price of a Civic for a Mini Cooper Convertible, but the deal was phenomenal. I now recommend Tom to anyone who will listen. He is worth his weight in gold.
