"It would be an understatement to say that I do not know a lot about cars. And as a first-time car buyer, I was very intimidated by the thought of walking into a dealership to even test drive a vehicle, let alone negotiate pricing. Seriously. His intuition is spot on. Tom also put my trepidations about local auto dealerships to rest. He arranged all of my test-drive appointments, researched inventory for the vehicles I was interested in, and negotiated all pricing. All I had to do was show up for the appointment and to ultimately sign my contract.
Conversely, Tom regularly checked in with me to gauge my thought process and to ensure that I felt comfortable. I appreciated that he included me in the decision-making and valued my opinions. I would like to point out that I live in HAWAII, so our time difference is 5-6 hours, depending on Daylight Savings Time. This never prevented Tom from responding to me or contacting local dealers in a timely manner. I even received emails from him while he was out of the country for business. I cannot say enough about how much I benefited from working with Tom. And for someone who is a conservative spender, I have ZERO buyer’s remorse about my car purchase. I love my new car!
